This year we were lucky to have a warm winter although I would much rather see snow than rain if it's not warm enough to enjoy the outdoors. So I put all of my winter stuff away early and was preparing for spring much earlier than usual.
Clay pots are only a couple bucks and the plants that put in them were $1.50 at Meijer this week. They are actually outdoor plants so I'll transfer them outdoors in May.
I love the word LOVE. For me, it's a reminder that "love will cover a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8). A couple bright colored flowers add to the gray and navy hues I already have in my kitchen to give it a more spring-like appeal. Chloe, my four-year-old, helped me paint those and they are made from a pallet---so it was free!
